Apply to Chiang Mai Club

We will come to meet you at your business to see your store, meet your team, and get a feel for your business. There is a 500 baht non-refundable application fee. You must be locally owned and operated and have a high standard of customer service. 

Most business see a 5-12% increase in customer retention and new business after joining Chiang Mai Club and offering loyalty points. We want to reward our loyal customers by offering redemptions. We will work with you to structure redemptions in a way that benefits your business. We will also help you run promotions and sales to target members. 

Each month we run a "reverse pyramid" advertising pool to create equality across our businesses. The members with the LEAST amount of point redemptions get the MOST points in the advertising pool. Some businesses have a high point value for redemptions, so we don't want those businesses to get forgotten. Additional advertising credits can be purchased by contacting us, but all businesses will get a minimum of one advertisement on our social media each month. 

Once approved you will get access to Chiang Mai Club loyalty points platform. You can use any mobile phone or tablet to scan customers cards and issue points. No new equipment required. Simple and easy. We will also announce you as a new member to Chiang Mai Club across our social media and newsletters and give you signs and displays for your counter and store. 

We will come and teach your staff how to issue points using our app. When a customer makes a purchase and presents their loyalty card, you issue them points. 1 point for every 100 baht spent. 

Expected to open in late 2026, the Club Lounge will be Chiang Mai's first ever Private Members Club. Featuring a full bar, free afternoon cocktails and canapés, and bar and a le cart menu service, this will be a place for you to network with other business owners and mingle with your most loyal customers. Member businesses will each get two lounge passes per month with the ability to buy more.
